La Charcuterie - Surrey

This is the best sandwich shop I have ever visited! They serve generous portions of meat and have an excellent variety of options. A word of caution: I wouldn’t suggest bringing young children here, as the owner has a very distinctive sense of humor. He’s quite funny, but not everyone might appreciate it. Please note that it’s cash only and the hours can be a bit unusual, so be sure to check if they're open before you head out.

This was honestly the biggest and best sandwich I've ever tasted. I believe it only cost $8, and it served as both my lunch and afternoon snack. The owner, who also crafts the sandwiches, is quite entertaining as well.

It's common knowledge what the expectations are: put your phone away, remember to say please and thank you, and bring your sense of humor. In exchange, you'll be entertained and treated to some of the biggest and best sandwiches in Vancouver.

What can I say. This has been reviewed to death. Everyone should go here once. The sandwiches/subs are huge and great value and the entertainment is legendary. Huge football size subs and a dialogue that never ends but like my title says don't bring your Grandma as it isn't politically correct stuff and is edgy. No prudes should ever go here!!!.

Huge sandwich for a great price. Reminiscent of the old days when you could get a decent deli sandwich for a value. I'll be eating this thing for like three days!The guy is great. Raunchy sense of humour with who ever walks in so you can't afford to be offended here. It's all part of the experience. Cash only but it helps keep the cost down for you. We don't live in the area anymore but we always make time for his sandwiches when we come back to town.
