Freshslice Pizza - Surrey

Delicious, always a treat to have. The staff are friendly and the ambiance is cozy. Can't recommend this place enough!

The service at this restaurant was subpar. The staff was uncooperative and kept getting orders wrong. We had to wait over 40 minutes just for a single medium pizza. The employees also lacked basic customer service skills and were not polite when interacting with customers.

On November 23, 2013, the shift supervisor girl at the restaurant was very rude. Her behavior was unacceptable to customers. I believe she should be permanently removed from her position. I would give a rating of -10 for this experience.

This place is a ripped off. If you buy just 2 slice of pizza, it will cost you more then 2 slice combo. If you don't ask for it, they don't tell you and charge you more. No refund.

Gave us a small cookie as a happy Halloween gift. Taste was awesome and the cookie shows their service. Solid 10/10
