Boston Pizza - Surrey

The food and service at the restaurant were excellent. However, a friend later informed me about the Airmiles program, which the server did not mention during my visit. After multiple attempts to contact the restaurant for more information about Airmiles, I was unable to reach anyone. I could not find an email address for the main office online, so I spoke with a helpful woman in Nordell who advised me to try again online, but I still had no luck. I believe that the restaurant is overpriced for the portion sizes, especially with a $5.00 delivery fee and the expectation of a tip for deliveries. This experience has changed my opinion of the restaurant.

We took our three grandchildren out to dinner at this restaurant and were impressed by the quality of the food and portion sizes. The two older children opted for the increased meal option, which was a great choice for them. They enjoyed the Hungry Pizza, while the youngest enjoyed the Cheese-a-Cheese meal, both of which came with a choice of salad or fries, a drink, and ice cream - it was excellent value for money. My husband and I both tried the Hungry Carnivore, a new dish on the menu which came with meatballs, Italian sausage, paprika, and mushrooms on a bone. We also shared a side Caesar salad, which was fresh and delicious. Our server Zara provided us with exceptional service - she was attentive and knew exactly how to cater to the children, taking their orders first and engaging with them throughout the meal. It was a fantastic evening and we will definitely be returning!

We decided on Jan 1 to order pizza for delivery as a last indulgence in our dietary Christmas break. 1) Food took 90 minutes to arrive we had to call to reconfirm the order 2) The order was only partially received items were...missing. 3) Delivery charge was $5.00 and I tipped $3.00 $8.00 for a late delivery (I was unaware they charged for delivery. 4) Both pizzas Cold and stiff this was the most disappointing after all that time the food was TERRIBLE. 5) I called to politely remark on dissatisfaction excuses, excuses and more excuses. I didn 't expect a refund but all they could state was that We are super busy they stated we could have a free large pizza or resend the order. It was now after 9pm no thanks. 6) For 2 medium pizzas the bill was over $50 truly a rip off. If you are travelling and you are in Surrey or if you are a resident don 't waste your time and money, there are far finer pizza joints out there. This is NOT the first time we have waited inordinately long and we are only an 8minute drive from their door.

After several shall I say controversial experiences at this location in which I bit my tongue and threw caution to the wind. I have just read an experience on facebook that occurred earlier this evening. I am a 25 plus year employee in the service...industry , and the experience and events that occurred tonight would have resulted in termination by ALL involved manager and all service staff. Apparently a waitress spilled some beer on a family at a table . Her way to handle this was to toss a bar towel at the mother and depart and return and blame the spill on a 4 year child who was coloring and minding his own business, a few moments later the manager arrived at the table and accused the 4 year old as well saying it was on camera and the mother asked to see the video, on route to view the video the manager spoke up and immediately advised the woman she needs to leave immediately. The manager is Alex Wray and the restaurant is on King George Highway at 76 Avenue FYI ALEX you are a MANAGER and customer courtesy SHOULD be your priority !! OBVIOUSLY it isn't.!!!!! MY observation is BOTH you and the WAITRESS aren't ADULT enough to do a responsible job. Taking blame and showing care and courtesy should be your MAIN concern. GET WITH THE PROGRAM !!!!!!!

Family gathering to celebrate my birthday. Seated promptly and our server Sarah was great. Big smile and welcome. 5 adults and 4 children. We found something for everybody on the menu and the kids menu was a hit with them. Variety of meals ordered by the adults and all were good. Pizza to salads. Dessert we had hoped they would have a birthday candle or two but no luck. Had to stick a crayon into the ice cream pie ( delicious by the way ) to satisfy the youngsters.
