A&w Canada - Surrey

The restaurant smelled like urine so I decided to do take out. I was going to buy a combo but staff told me they don't have any drinks. They said I could buy a bottle of root beer if I wanted. I don't think it's fair to customers to have to pay extra for a bottle of rootbeer because your machines don't work.

After jacking their prices, and hiring an all immigrant staff, they have now decreased the size of their burgers. Going downhill fast!

Ordered two teen burger combo's. One to eat at the restaurant the other to go.I was looking forward to drinking the famous A&W root beer from a frozen mug. Sadly it has more CO2 (carbon monoxide) than the syrup! I wasn't able to drink it!Fries were the highlight of the meal, nice and hot, crispy.Burger was cool.I spoke to the manager, she offered me an empty cup to have another try with the root beer, I declined.When I mentioned about the cool burger , the manager advised me next time just ask for a freshly cooked burger!!I said that each time I go to a A&W the food is always freshly cooked, why not here?Disappointed

She put her hand inside my cup as she give it to me. She is not happy taking my order too long.

Used 2 can dine coupon for teen burger combo. Burger was excellent. Fries were super hot. Frosty mugs provided for the root beer. Really clean restaurant. Pleasant staff.
