The owners and employees of bistro make this place a real gem in the payal center plaza, where over 15 restaurants compete for their business. each has its speciality, but bistro is well rounded and the owners put all taste and flavor levels. her masala...chai is dying for! add an additional shot to use for maximum. the spinat samosas are delicious. tender, flaky and not oily at all. her mushroom curry is amazing. they offer lunch specialties for $9 that contain a complete meal. we end up there almost every day for their breakfast special Indian style chili omelette, which brings memories to the breakfast in mumbai hotels. her breakfast kartoffel curry and puri (indian roasted brot) is the best! they have a big party room up for private dinners, parties, meet. we used it and their services and appetizers were great. our group still raves about it.
