Kick Ass Burrito - Surrey Heath

I placed my order at 7:20pm on a Friday night, and I expected my food to arrive in about 40 minutes. The estimated delivery time was 8pm, which I was fine with. However, it is now 9:25pm and the updated delivery time is 10pm. I ordered just one burrito. This restaurant is terrible. I was so hungry that I felt like eating a pair of shoes. I will never order from here again.

The wait for my food was unreasonably long, taking an hour and a half to be delivered. I likely won't be ordering from this restaurant again.

I recently ordered from this restaurant and was disappointed to find that only half of my items were delivered. The burrito I received was delicious, but the lack of communication from the restaurant made it difficult to address the issue. I had to contact Just Eat to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from this restaurant again.

My order was completely wrong!! There is nothing in our delivery that we ordered and there is no way to contact them! Never order from them again!

We’ve ordered from here a few times and it’s been great. Tonight though the left items from our order but still charged for them. Not cool. No way of contacting the restaurant either!!
