Starbucks - Surprise

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and love engaging in conversations with customers. I truly enjoyed every drink I ordered. If there’s ever an issue with your drink, they are more than willing to fix it. Although they can get busy at times, they always provide timely service. Please note, there is no drive-thru. The outdoor terrace is delightful, and there are power outlets by the windows, making it an excellent spot for studying and charging your devices.

The customer service was excellent. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the baristas created a great atmosphere. I requested something hot and sweet, and she suggested the perfect option. I was very satisfied with the service, drinks, and food. Although the Starbucks were small, they were just right for traveling.

I absolutely love this place! It's small, but they genuinely care about their customers. Tanner made my drink perfectly—he's simply the best! I was having a rough day until I got my coffee, and I really appreciated the excellent customer service, especially with my quirky personality. Thank you for that!

My daughter and I go every morning for our coffee like a ritual. We never had bad services. Staff here always smile and talk to customers to get to know them. Our coffee is always right. We look forward to going in this starbucks, they remember your name.

OMG! This is my happy place! I love Starbucks! I love the games that they offer twice a year! The service is wonderful, the Baristas are friendly! They go out of their way to do whatever they can to make your Beverage food the best and make your customer service experience excellent.
