This Starbucks is the worst! Every single time I come here, my drink taste different. They’re slow regardless if they’re busy or slow. I had a employee sit talk to her friends for 15 minutes until I finally said something so she can make my drink. The place is a disgrace to the Starbucks brand. It sucks because it’s the closest to my job so the distance is convenient but at this point, I’ll just drive the extra miles to a different location. Someone needs to go to this location assist them ASAP!
This place has definitely gone down hill. There were two employees working no one in the drive thru but me. No one inside making an order it took them more then the usual time and then gave me the wrong order. I don't know if they just didn't listen close enough but there is quite a difference in a white mocha and a regular mocha. I knew it was off right away when I saw the darker color. I ended up pouring it out. It was gross. There is never a line anymore... I don't know what is happening but it is bad.
Fabulous and kind employees. Really inept management. Get rid of the managers and promote your employees. And pay them and treat them better.
We had previously purchased a caramel chip Frappuccino from another location so we were good and ready for something cold and delicious. We used the drive-thru and of course took a sip or two before leaving but got a mouthful of disgusting, watery, tasteless stuff. We had to drive home, leave the dogs and come back to go inside probably for a refund. A place is only as good as the staff on duty at any given time. Fortunately, they had someone who took one look at what we had and admitted they goofed. In hardly any time we had the real thing and I could feel okay spending six bucks on a drink .
