Jimmy John's - Surprise

Jimmy Johns is the Cadillac of sub sandwiches. Every one is awesome. The LITTLE JOHN #5 and LITTLE JOHN #2 were as good as the big sandwiches. Love them.

My sandwich didnt come for an hour and a half. my soda was hot and so was my sandwich by the time I got it. something need to be done on Jimmy Johns end I think. the driver had 7 stops to make 4 of them being catering. Im no logistics expert but time and money were wasted.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered from JJs. and it is the 3rd time I have waited over an hour for my food. I went against my better judgement today because my husband really wanted JJ. When I called I was told we could have picked up! Never again, DO NOT order from this JJ (Surprise)!!!!!

I pre-ordered over an hour in advance and it was going to still arrive 20 min late. I called and canceled the order because I wouldnt be able to eat it as my lunch break would be over. The person who I spoke to said they would cancel it.
