Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Surprise

Over all a positive experience. Clean store and good customer service. Only negative was that my spare ribs were kind of dry. The rest of the food was delicious and proper.

The six pulled pork sandwiches were cold and dry. I ordered online and came before the promised time. I think the sandwiches were already sitting outside. also no BBQ sauce was provided! (yes, I asked for BBQ sauce and seasoned. I guess this is too hard to check for the order fillers). we gave me 1/2 of the last sandwich. I have sent the customer service number by e-mail and joe terrinoni, the director of Dickey 's bbq, email back and said. they ordered six sandwiches, we gave them six sandwiches. we won't get her money back. wow! I would have chosen a BBQ sauce and an apology! he really wasn't in all of them. I wondered if it was just me, but at the review I see that many people have similar problems. he has offered a gift certificate of one kind, but I have to go to other place for bbq. bad quality and bad customer service.

They commanded the wrong guy about Eats, so he had to go back and get the right one. So our food became cold when it came here. they forgot the night-seen rolls that should be in the order. the briskete was as hard as jerky. I can't believe they charge $10 extra for it. the ribs were usually burned. bbq worst I ever had in my life. I can and have made better brisket than this is my backyard.

We start with the positive ones. the personal was friendly and greeted us at the arrival, but they could hardly hear us talking about the glass panels. it was also a good and easy position to reach directly from the 303 and bell. the beef glasses was dry and needed sauce. fortunately there is a 3 bite to choose, but if the 6 plastic boxes that held the sose they were empty, I could not put in my cup. I asked for something and they refilled it, but then my brisket was cold and dry to pull apart. the macaroni and cheese were also bland and cooked over. the bores were nothing to write home, just drilling. with the meal combo they get a cool plastic yellow cup that they can bring to home. I was disappointed overall and will not come back especially for the cost! it was like $22.

Brisket was dry, turkey was meh, fries were burnt, beans tasted like canned beans they tried to doctor up (and failed), the green beans were peppered to death, the mac and cheese was disgusting, and the fries were burnt. If you’re gonna charge $22 for a two meat plate, you better give me more than a couple slices of each and if that’s all I’m getting, it needs to taste good. I don’t see how they’re still in business. This is the second shot we’ve given this restaurant and both were extremely underwhelming and disappointing with us being out $40-$60 each time and still hungry. And to echo others, our order was just sitting on a table getting cold.Just sell the franchise if you have no standards.
