La Carinderia - Surigao

Good was delicious and service was great. Get the Carbonara for sure and the lasagna.

Excellent food. I can only guess how hard it must be to get authentic Italian ingredients in Siargao but they managed. The bruschetta was a little low on basil but super tasty. The spaghetti superb. The staff are super friendly and appreciate efforts to speak their surigaonon language.

I love the place. Al Fresco. But the pasta was too salty I had to tell the server to tell their chef it was too salty. I jad to drink or have a sip of my watermelon shake each time I put pasta in my mouth. Pity I wasnt able to eat everything. She offered me a tiramisu I told her its fine. No need but they should make sure that the food next time will be worth a penny.

I had to tell the server to inform their chef how salty the pasta was. Adobo was salty too but not as much as the pasta. I had to drink my watermelon shake everytime I ate the pasta. She was sorry and I was asked if I want tiramisu, I told her no. I just informed them so their chef can do better.

One of the best eats in the island if you are craving for Italian food. Most dishes if not all won't disappoint you. Well-seasoned and pasta is not overcooked. Also had my first taste of Sambuca in there. Definitely will come back try other dishes.
