Bamboo Surf Beach Resort - Surigao

Stumbled across the super cool George and his lovely wife’s place as I was scootering around the island. Wow! Once I saw the beachfront rooms I immediately booked for the next two nights. Can’t get any closer to the ocean and gorgeous beach than this. Room was modern with concrete floors, comfy bed, and lots of privacy. Food at restaurant reasonably priced and delicious mango chicken curry the best I’ve had! Highly recommend Bamboo Surf to anyone interested in a quiet secluded stay away from the scene in GL.

One of the best places we stayed at on the island! Room was extremely cozy, comfortable and spacious with amazing beach view. The owner staff are friendly, kind and attentive. Very helpful and genuine people. Had great conversations. We also really enjoyed the pizza's that we ate. If you are looking for a place to stay in Pacifico or some yummy food to eat you definitely should come here!

Super nice resort restaurant right at the beach front. Our post-surf-lunches were absolutely delicious (try the pancakes veggie curry). Georg, the owner, was very helpful.

Can not recommend this spot more highly if I tried. great location for surfing and just for relaxing in general. the owner is a loveable German chap who went out of his way MANY times to ensure we were taken care of and felt at home. even so much as to share his amazing single malt whiskey with me. as a Scottish man I was not disappointed with his selected. he knows his stuff! BOOK.

Very cool and nice owner, clean and relaxed Bungalows directly on the beach. Amazing food, try the mango curry chicken! :
