Oporto - Surfers Paradise

The service at this restaurant is incredibly slow, the place is very dirty, and the staff appears to be more interested in chatting than attending to customers. Overall, it is not worth visiting.

I dined at this restaurant in September of this year. It is only a short walk from Surfers Paradise Beach. The restaurant has indoor seating. The food quality is excellent, I really enjoyed it. The service is very good and friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised by our first visit to Oporto's. The food tasted fresh and not greasy, with generous portion sizes. The service was fast and very friendly. The restaurant is newly opened with plenty of seating inside and outside. We can't wait to go back!

I had enough points for 4 dinners and after 1 year not my points, I came in to find out that they all went out! I sent the customer service by e-mail, they were not interested and said the points are gone and cannot return them. I've eaten somewhere and I'll never eat again in oporto unless the points I deserve are instincted again.

I ordered Embrulho and 1/4 chicken, I did not like their food and I was disappointed... I wont try it again
