Fix - Surfers Paradise Australia

I'm a regular to FIX and have nothing but praise for the venue and staff. Amazing cocktails, the staff are always professional and aim to ensure your orders are at a high standard. The food there also is very impressive and leaves you wanting more each time. Even when busy, they maintain their cool and friendly demeanour.

Quiet cocktail lounge located within the Hilton. Wide range of interesting creations which does appear to change from time to time. Large circular windows overlooking Orchid Ave allows fun people watching opportunities at the nightclubs below. Reasonably well priced for the labour and creativity involved.

Fabulous spot to stop by and have a drink before dinner, with great views along Orchid Ave. The drinks and snacks menu is comprehensive, and secure parking downstairs in the Hilton is very convenient. Natalie, Will, Jake and Sage are terrific. We come to Fix Bar quite often and love it, Definately worth a visit next time you are in Surfers.

We wanted to kick off our date night on a high note, so we chose FIX Bar at the Hilton. I ordered a lychee martini since I can't resist anything with lychee in it. It turned out to be a great cocktail. The bar was quite empty, which we didn’t mind at all—it set a nice tone for the evening.

I specifically visited Fix Bar at The Hilton because I had previously tried their coffee cocktail in Cairns and found it quite enticing. Since it was our last night at The Hilton, we thought, why not enjoy another one? If I remember correctly, the cocktail includes vodka, Kahlúa, a coffee shot, and sugar syrup.
