Surf City Pizza

As full-time residents of the island, I truly value their off-season hours, and the food is consistently excellent. Their veggie pizza is fantastic, and the eggplant parmesan dinner is substantial enough for two people and tastes wonderful. The spaghetti is always cooked perfectly al dente, and the sauces are outstanding. This is one of the best restaurants on the island. I would drive over 30 minutes during the peak season from the northern end just for their food, and it’s absolutely worth it.

The chef is very rude. They have bad customer service bad atmosphere. Our family gives them a chance every summer but the attitude gets worse. Small portions —

Great customer service. We arrived to pickup our takeout only to find out someone with the same first name took our order. The owner offered to remake our order right away and we waited an xtra 20 mins. He very graciously gave it to us on the house along with the other persons order. The food was excellent! I'm not sure if it was the lovely walk in Long Beach that made it taste better, but their pizza was truly one of the best I've ever had! Thank you!

I was in search of some quick takeout yesterday and was disappointed to find that by 7:30 PM, only Chicken Bacon Ranch, Buffalo Chicken, and Mushroom pizzas were available. My family prefers plain pizza, so I ended up getting three Chicken Bacon Ranch slices for $4.25 each, before tax and credit card fees. The pizza was excellent! The place has a few tables for dining in, but they don't offer 2-liter drinks for takeout. As for vegetarian options, they have everything; just order without the meat toppings. Parking is available in front of the restaurant, on the side, and across the street.
