Came back to work after 4 months, and as soon as I came back to Surat, I visited my favorite place, Paan Casa. They always impress me and my friends with their service, products and hygienic environment, and this time they impressed even SMC too, I was at the café last week sitting with my friend and SMC came to check their safety measure, but Paan Casa has been one of the only restaurant in the Surat following SMC safety guideline strictly (as per SMC), they had a record of each individual who visited them since June 1st, with their temperature and contact record, this is what makes them known in the city, THEIR WORK!!I and My friend tried their new Gurwali Chai, it was phenomenal, we loved it so much, and as always we tried their Paan at-last, it was delicious as always.

Very hygienic place, they follow all the safety measures for their customers and their staff. Paan and their Beverages were so delicious just like all the time.

Paan Casa know the game of Paan very well, they know how to pleased their customers with, Paan, Beverages and Food, they are very pocket friendly and very very hygienic. We have noticed that they have been using Hand Sanitizer since 2018, since our first visit, and this is why Paan Casa is our favorite spot for hangout. We Love them so much!

Our recent experience in Paan Casa was outstanding, I am on my work trip to Surat, so I have to meet different clients every day, I picked Paan Casa as a location for my meeting with a client. But I and my Client both were so surprised to see the way they follow safety measures for COVID19, they sanitized their store throughout the day, contact less ordering option, contactless pick up option, temperature etc. they follow it thoroughly. <br/ <br/ I usually order Chai, Maggie for my self and my client usually orders Chai or Coffee and a Burger, but trust me, every time we order our food, we find consistent quality and taste, we love the over customer experience we get there, so much calm and welcoming, atlast we always get their Banarasi Meetha Paan – Best in the town, highly recommended guys!<br/ <br/ Chai/Coffee – 5/5<br/ Food – 5/5<br/ Paan – 5/5<br/ <br/ Rating 5/5
