Sad. Worst place ever ive ever eaten at in my life. Music is so loud at dinner time you cannot speak at your table. They start it at 3:00p.m. I asked to turn it down and they didn't. I closed two sets of doors and they opened them back up. Ordered a bucket of beer and it was served at room temperature. Had to beg to get a refund. Horrible place Horrible service. I finally returned to ROADWAY CAFE BAR after a hiatus throughout 2020 due to the COVID pandemic. Located in Surallah, this cafe-bar has been setting a higher standard for dining and socializing in the Upper Valley area of South Cotabato since it opened in 2015. Even today, ROADWAY remains a popular destination in town. I really enjoyed the interior design and atmosphere of the restaurant. The food is excellent, though the prices are a bit high for a rural location.

My two friends and I are regular customers at this restaurant, and I can confidently say we've tried nearly everything on the menu. The standout dish is definitely their Chicken Bites, which are a bestseller. The prices are reasonable, and the WiFi is excellent. The seating arrangements are pleasant, especially on the second floor, where there are traditional Japanese-style floor seats. The staff is friendly and always focused on providing great service.
