Contribuiți la feedbackWe went as a group of three, ordered at the same time and only one person got their meal first and finished way before the other meals came. The appetizer even came out last! The server we had was very rude and didn’t even ask to refill our drinks. The area wasn’t even busy compared to the deli side. The prawns that we ordered was regular shrimp size and very tasteless. The only thing good there was the seafood chowder. This is the first and last time we will be going there!
Food wasn’t the best, and it wasn’t the worst. Just what I needed before gamblin. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Let's use the baseball metaphor three strikes and your out to describe our dinner experience. Normally if my mom and I go to event we eat at the steakhouse she forgot to make reservations and they were booked. This was the only other option or the deli. We were both excited to try something new. I grew up in PNW and love seafood so why wouldn't a seafood bar be awesome. We arrived we met our server who definitely did not seem like she wanted to be there that day. Which is fine...we all have our bad days and sometimes it's while we are at work. She didn't ask if I wanted another drink, a refill on beverage, dessert. She saw what she brought from the kitchen and the sides were different from what was ordered. She also brought another table someone else's order. Didn't realize until the ladies kindly told her it was not theirs and was the couples next to them a food.2/5 stars We ordered the oyster Rockefeller as an appetizer and two steak surf and turfs one med rare and the other rare with rice. The Oyster Rockefeller took 50 min to come out and was cold when it came out. When our steaks first came out they were both over cooked and the sides were ice cold. They came back out and had the wrong side with a baked potato the rare was medium rare but at the point my Mon and I had been there over an hour and half and were hungry and had a show. 1/5 The manager was there and instead of coming over she called the director of the restaurant who was accompanied by the director of slot machines. Was the most uncomfortable situation ever. The two me were kind but massively tall about 6 ft tall coming over for two messed up steaks and app. It was all really unnecessary one manager who was working the floor could of easily taken care of the situation. They did kindly apologize and said they would comp the bill.. however when it came to the bill the server said she couldn't comp the bill they had to charge for atleast one meals because we did after all eat. I didn't ask for it to be comped but don't say you are then say you can't. Save your money, time and eat at the deli or make reservations for the other restaurant, bar. Not worth it
The surf and turf(grilled shrimp and new york strip steak) was good and a relief from the food in the rest of the hotel. I also had the clam chowder which was good. Nothing is too fancy but the prices are reasonable and the service is fair. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
Went to the Seafood Bar for dinner tonight while we are staying at the hotel here for the weekend. The appetizer we got, the avocado bomb, was good but seemed pretty expensive for the size. $12 for half of one avocado, with imitation crab, cream cheese, ahi tuna, deep fried in tempura flakes. We also got 1 pound of snow crab steamed, and the prawn dinner with a baked potato and the citrus-soy beurre blanc. The crab was good, didn't have a ton of taste, but the butter that is served with the seafood is terrible. It pretty much ruined the taste of the crab. It can't be real butter.. there is no way. It had no taste at all and then somehow left a weird taste in your mouth afterward. It wasn't very warm when served to us which made it worse. The prawns were one of the only saving graces to this meal. The beurre blanc was great. The dinner was over $90 (before tip) and we left knowing we would need to eat more later on tonight cause we will definitely be hungry again.
