Organic Sandwich Company - Superior

Love this restaurant! Three to four vegan sandwich options all of them delicious. They even have vegan cookies and vegan ice cream sandwiches. Locally owned all the employees I have interacted with have been very friendly.

This restaurant has 2 locations one in Boulder and this one in Louisville. Reviewing this location in Louisville is like reviewing a different restaurant! This is definitely the superior location and I?m glad we tried it in spite of my underwhelming experience at the other location. The staff here was absolutely fantastic and so friendly. The wait was longer than usual so they offered a cookie. They also will accommodate any modifications or requests. With one of the staffs suggestions, My partner created a sandwich so good he said it was ?top 5 sandwiches he has ever had?. 3 people behind him ordered the exact same. (Get the grilled prosciutto pesto sandwich and substitute turkey for the meat and add extra cheddar on top. Perfection. 10/10 will definitely be back to this location to try more different sandwiches!

Pedestrian food. Underwhelmed. The meat on the grilled cheese and pepper sandwich was still cold when it was served to me, the bread toasted and cheese melted, so less than desirable. Ok service. Very Boulder like.

I came here with my 10 year old son on recommendation from Black Paw groomers next door. We had two hours to kill while our dog was being groomed. The atmosphere of Organic Sandwich Company is ?happy?, according to my son. The tables are close together and give the restaurant a cozy, intimate feel. But the plentiful sunlight and bright decor, makes it not feel cramped. My son ordered the ham and cheese on pretzel bread. He thought it was delicious. I ordered the turkey and Brie sandwich on a baguette. The arugula is so fresh that it is overpowering my suggestion would be to go lighter on the arugula in the future on this sandwich. The bread on my sandwich could have been a tad fresher. The sandwiches are nice and big! I could only eat half and even took the top of the bread off my half! I love how all of the ingredients are from local Colorado partners. I drank a craft brewed Upstart brand Raw Kombucha and my son got lemonade. In the future, I?m going to try the Kombucha on tap. I didn?t know about it until I had already paid.

It is nearly impossible to find quick vegan options. Organic Sandwich company is the exception to this rule. They always have at least one vegan soup and all kinds of other vegan options sandwich and sweets alike. I also think the beverage cooler has one of the greatest selections I've ever seen. For the omnivores, there's also lots of tasty things here. Ethically raised meats prepared in very delicious ways.
