Chūn Xià Dōng - Suo-Oshima

I had been curious about this restaurant for a while - the old-fashioned Chinese soba is incredibly delicious, and the fried rice is also very tasty. It's thoughtful of them to serve the ramen and fried rice at the same time, which I appreciate. Since there were a lot of cars parked by people who were at the beach, it might be hard to find a parking spot for those coming to eat here. However, there are red cones for motorcycles to park.

It's been a while since I took the first train from the nearest station, prepared in the equipment room, and flew from Haneda Airport. My first time at Iwakuni Airport. Photography and video recording are prohibited as it is shared with the US Marine Corps. There must be roughly 100 military aircraft here. From here, it's a 30-40 minute drive to Suo-Oshima. First, today's energy booster, lunch ramen "Chashu-men Shunkafuyu Akina ・ Suooshima Town Kuga". It looks simple but is quite carefully made. The soup, which is based on seafood but also has hints of meat, is light yet complex in flavor. The straight and thinly sliced noodles are cooked just right. The chashu has a firm and flavorful taste even though it is thinly sliced. It was very delicious. ￣∇￣ ゞ April 19, 2022.

An elderly lady is working hard by herself. The food was delicious with a gentle flavor. She gave me a candy on my way out, it was really cute.

らーめん600円おにぎり100円頂きました。 色々とらーめんを食べ歩きましたが、こちらのらーめんは美味しかったです。 素朴な昔ながらの中華そばですが、ダシが旨い！いりこ系かな…ほんのり小魚系のダシを感じます。 麺はややしこしこ麺で風味があります。 スープはもちろん飲み干しました。 おにぎりが絶妙に旨い！ 出来立てほかほかで、ふっくら握ってあって塩気も丁度いいです。 海苔もバッチリです。 いなりは現在お休み中との事ですが、おにぎりでも丁度いいです。 永く続けて頂きたいお店の一つです。

ビー玉海岸というビーチの前にあります。この島はノスタルジックな中華そばのお店が何軒かありますが、こちらもまさにその通りです。 感じの良い女性のご主人がお一人で切り盛りされてます。 今回はチャーシュー麺をいただきましたが、あっさりとした醬油味で私の好みにピッタリでした。 チャーシューも美味しくて素晴らしい。 胡椒もホワイトと黒を選べるなんて気が利いてますね。おすすめします。
