I was asked about my service dog than harassed to show proof. My order was delayed due to my name spelled wrong Lynell instead of Lane spelled out, we were the first before a crowd followed behind. I really like the wagyu burger. Everything tastes fresh. The only place that makes a better burger is my girlfriend and she studied cooking for years.

For a chain this place is great and for a few bucks more you can get better meats, ostrich, bison, elk. I enjoy coming here occasionally. Easy to add your own condiments on your burger.
