Contribuiți la feedbackThe food at this restaurant is decent, but unfortunately the customer service is lacking. There is a lack of accessibility to staff and poor communication, particularly from a young, arrogant and off-putting employee.
I would like to thank them for the person who made the food. 4 stars for eating but 1 star for the rude lady above the counter. I just finished a whole day work and then visited my doctor in the brimbank. I know that, because every time I visit the brimbank I always stop buying brot. Yesterday I was so hungry and bought bratporkrolle as my favorite, but when I ordered, I noticed that I didn't have enough money in my card so I quickly transferred via mobile banking, but suddenly she shouted at me and said, hey talk to me! don't use your phone. I told her I'd transfer money so I can pay her. but she keeps talking to me and talking to me. I have worked in take-away shop and myself as a costumer I know how important costume service is, but she has not and does not know how to approach a nice art and wise to costumers. I went home and remembered how embarrassed with other costumers. I'll buy the food next time, but if they're in the counter, I'd rather be hungry than buying it from them.
I was very dissapointed with the service. I've been a long time. I bought a Vietnamese coffee that now reaches up to $5, but I got half a cup and a lot of ice. lost me forever.
I have never witnessed such carelessness and lack of customer service as I did at this bakery. The staff did not greet customers with a smile or even a basic level of courtesy, displaying a high level of arrogance.
Poor access to customers of certain ladies who work there, before they start working, they should learn the basic principles of good behavior and not be rude to customers ... a big disappointment
