Always super easy to feed the Coeliacs in the family. Young staff who are very knowledgeable about the risks of cross-contamination and we have always been thrilled to see how they package the coeliac orders on a different bench, wrap and label them well and if they do not bag them separately they ensure they are at the top of the bag. Have never had anyone get ill. Crinkle cut fries a fav with the kids. Have seen the owners post in local groups and seem like lovely, hard working people who take great pride in The Takeout Co. We feel very lucky to live locally and have such a safe takeaway option!

The first time I visited this restaurant when it had just opened, it was fantastic. I sampled several dishes and didn’t experience any issues. However, during my last two visits in the past three months, I became very ill both times. I'm really disappointed. I suspect that gluten may be contaminating the gluten-free fryer now.

Omg once I told them I was a celiac they explained the process and were amazingly helpful!

The fish was overcooked to the point of being rubbery and inedible. They've also changed their chips from crinkle-cut to shorter, stubbier ones, which I found lacking in taste and overly salted. I ended up throwing this meal away. I won't be returning.
