Jimmy John's - Sunrise

The delivery drivers don't pay attention to instructions and then argue when you point it out. I won't be ordering again.

Every time I attempt to visit this location for a sandwich, it’s always closed. Even when there are people inside, the door remains locked, and they won't let anyone in. They really need to update their operating hours or consider closing for good since they hardly seem to be open.

Google Maps indicates that they are open until 8 PM, but when I arrived, the doors were locked despite the presence of staff inside. After checking again, I found that the Jimmy John's website states a closing time of 3:30 PM. They really need to update Google Maps to accurately reflect their actual hours. It’s frustrating and a waste of everyone’s time.

I got a Veggie Sandwich with extra cucumber and they did not give me my extra toppings. Thats not right. Bread is not fresh at this location. They should not promote fresh bread if its a lie. Delivery was fast that the only reason I gave it 3 stars

Not the freakiest or fastest Jimmy Johns location. Recently ordered a sub and i guess they messed up and gave me only salami on the sub plus they messed up the toppings i had ordered. I know they can do better so i still gave 3 stars.
