Save your time. 100% stale food. Even the frozen fish ball is stale. Vegetable is not clean too.

Happily picked up my dinner and open it, but a hair is welcome me!!! ??? They ask me to bring it back and replace it and no other options … I don’t think it worth me 30 minutes to drive there and back.

Hotpot First is amazing! Seen this spot actually a few years back. Usually come to this plaza for Saigon Harbor or Hot Point Station. Decided to come here with my mom to try something different and went to Hotpot First. We really enjoy the food and service is always excellent, shout out to the server remembering us from the first visit! They have a combo special dine in only) choice of two broth, 1 appetizer, and two drinks. Ordered the Chongqing Mala Spicy! Choice of noodles, Udon $3)!! Spice level: Mild, Medium, Spicy, Fire. There's also plenty of non-spicy options all well. For appetizers, ordered fried fish balls and fried pot stickers, both were delish. The pot stickers were really crispy. Also comes with rice topped with minced meat. Iced green teas for the drinks. As preference when it comes to food, I like my food/broth really HOT and spicy so the Chongqing Mala was perfect! Comes with veggies, seafood, mushrooms, and tofu. Clear glass noodles are good too if you're looking for something a little lighter but I love udon. This dish has so many flavors. Wow this place is so good all around from good service, good food/appetizers. Officially one of my favorite spots now!

The restaurant officially close at 8pm but declined customers after 7pm. Ridiculous

Worst hotpot I ever had in the Bay Area. I saw pictures on Yelp , thought they look nice and decided to give it a try. Ingredients in the soup are stale, look and taste unfresh. Meat is low quality, hard to chew, frozen for long while. Highly not recommended, waste of money.
