Hakataya Ramen Sunnybank Plaza

I was here to dinate several times before, but due to Covid-19 I had to take along. the personal packaged the noodles and the suppe in separate keepers. the personal has processed my orders quickly and safely. ordering the chashu men (menu number) 2.) the tasty broth was always slightly salty to my preferences, but fits well to the simple, bland noodles. the given meat was also perfectly cubed, thin cut, tender and easy to chew. I would like to get another bowl of raming in the future.

Due to the new measures of the government, it is enforced to take away only from all restaurants, so that I have no choice but to revisit this raman for a quick lunch. the Nagahama wheels ordered and it took just a few mini suppstries to take the whole bag of noodles and wet. back to my office and put the robbers on my table. well, noodles began to stay together and took a past to soften them through the suppe. textur is not good at all. the suppenbase is rich, but I didn't have so thin cha siu for a long time that melted almost in my mouth without chewing. Haven’t been to hakataya for ages, since I’m getting a free ramen today I might as well go have a free lunch. The broth tasted different from before, taste a bit watered down, and I had to ask for takana, I thought you notify them you don’t want takana, instead of the other way around. And the most disappointing dish was the gyoza, it’s either burnt on one side and the other side is not cooked, and it looked like they just pile them randomly on a plate, instead of plate them nicely. I probably can fry better gyoza at home...

I was told very good things about this restaurant but I was highly dissatisfied with my experience. The food and staff were very average.

Free noodles on your birthday. What is there not to love about that! Come here, then go get your free Boost afterwards to wash it down. In recent years they have been writing down your license details to prevent exploitation I guess. When dining here any other day, it’s pretty good. Like the free noodle refill you can get, and service is pretty quick. However due to the fast turn around, often many of the seats need to be cleared which is a bit delayed, or the limited seating is full. They definitely could use more seating room compared to the emptier restaurants to either side
