Starbucks - Sunny Isles Beach

I don’t use to do this. I’m fan of Starbucks. But this was the worst service and coffee I ever had. The coffe was burned. The two girls making it were totally rude. A really awful experience.

I ordered a cappuccino with an extra coffee shot for I love dark hot coffee and I got exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend this place!

Unacceptable and unprofessional experience. My food was ready and right in front of me- I kept on asking the server to have a look at the name but she refused to do so saying that my food was not ready after waiting for 45 min for my food- when I asked for a refund I was told that my food had been ready and sitting for almost 45 min . And on top of that there was no apology- instead they were trying to reason out their mistake . Either the staff should learn how to be apologetic for their mistakes or the store should be shut down .

Dieucks is a reliable spot for a good cup of coffee. This Dieucks location is better than the one at the Newport Hotel and Resort.

The service at this restaurant is extremely unfriendly and greedy. My friends and I come here every day for coffee (which keeps getting more expensive) and the staff takes away the chairs and tables from the outdoor seating area, where we play chess and backgammon! If this continues, I will have to find another coffee shop to meet and play board games with my friends!
