Domino's Pizza - Sunny Isles Beach

I called to order seven pizzas, and they turned out to be fantastic! The person on the phone was really nice and friendly.

Wow! What a complete disaster in management and leadership. I won't point fingers at anyone in particular, but the corporate team really needs to evaluate this store and revisit the fundamental standards of customer service. Most importantly, they should pay attention to product quality checks. Unfortunately, these issues could significantly impact the success of what is otherwise a fantastic location. Owners, take note!

After being unable to order delivery from my usual place on 65th and Collins, I decided to give this restaurant a try, and I might not order from anywhere else again. I was fortunate enough to have a gentleman named Komrom assist me with my order and guide me through the process. He was courteous, helpful, patient, and very pleasant! I wish all customer service representatives I’ve interacted with were as wonderful as him. A big thank you from me! Domino's, hold onto this gem; he is a true asset to your team.

I usually go to get pizza for our office lunch. They are always so nice when I go there. The pizza's are always ready on time, if not earlier. They really great and the pizza's always taste amazing.

The staff is amazing specially Jenny always welcoming and with great energy the pizza is always delicious and I come back to the actual store just to say hi to them and have a great experience
