Sunderland Hotel Restaurant - Sundern

Not catastrophic bad, but not satisfactory even far. The sweet potatoes were half raw, the cream Brulee matschig with isolated sugar crumbs on top. The meat is also more than average. After all, the service was good. But the food really does not comply with the standard of such a hotel. And that at the price!

Poor service, poor quality of food, long waiting time despite clear number of guests, apology only on request!

Great weekend spent.. All right. All again

We were now in Corona times... after we had to book twice, we got the Starnight Suite as an upgrade..an awesome room incredibly big and clean! it was served from reception upon check-in at reception until check-out... very nice staff in every area. Dinner in the evening and in the morning in buffet form with all hygiene regulations ... Hotel highly recommended ..

Nice hotel. Nice staff. Small but fine spa area. Super massage. Breakfast tip. Dinner super but full buffet price for children very intensive. Just get a discount on the next morning and not very accommodating. Otherwise we had a very nice stay.
