Pizza Dial - Sunderland

Waited an hour and 45 minutes for delivery. Rang twice to find out where it was to be reassured the first time that the order was out for delivery, however by the second call it hadn't even left the shop. When it did eventually arrive the food was less than satisfactory, rock hard pizza and cold chips. I would recommend if you are looking for a decent meal you order else where, we certainly will be in future.

Used this shop for 20 years. Ordered food at 18:30, rang them at 19:40 to ask where it was and was told it was out for delivery. Rang back at 20:00 to be told the order was still in the shop but would be delivered soon, eventually turned up at 20:15 an hour and a 45mins after ordering, not good enough, no apology, rubbish service, wont be going back

Ordered here 4 times and each time there has been something missed or wrong with the order! I order off the app and ring after straight away to make sure they send the right stuff and every single time without fail it’s wrong. Will 100% not be going back, when ringing the shop back today I just experienced cheek from a worker as if it was our problem not theirs? Food is good when it’s right but they need new staff that are capable of taking orders.

Small cheesy chips for £3.50.....there's a top layer of cheese, that's all! You can get extra cheese for £1.50. Five pounds for SMALL cheesy chips with extra cheese?!?! The kebab meat was warm........ So, 2 portions of SMALL cheesy chips, a portion of kebab meat, 1 garlic dip 1 house chilli, ordered online.....£16.40!!! The rest of family ordered from a local Chinese for a few pounds more got a feast that will also roll over to tomorrow!

Some years since I had a takeaway, used to order here years back, the kebab meat is still as great and the chilli sauce is extremely good to. Even the chips were fab, delivery on time. I shall be ordering again soon
