Lugano Pizzeria - Sunderland

I found a dead fly under the garlic bread at this restaurant. When I brought it to their attention, they said there was nothing they could do and advised me to contact Just Eat. Unfortunately, I didn't get any resolution and ended up having to throw out all the food. It was a horrible experience.

Thank you for taking my money and not providing any food. When I called to inquire about my order, I was told that you have no record of it. Where is my order and where is my money???????

Just take-out food and I didn't have all the menu options.

This is the best pizza place in the area. They have friendly staff and the delivery is always quick.

Placed a order at 10pm tonight, still waiting for it now , the lass on the counter took the order over the phone, just phoned back to see where the order is and there no knowledge of the order been taken, this time it was man who I spoke to the second time, disgusting customer service! That place is going right down hill, order here for years now, the last time we order a few weeks back, the order was an hour late and then they sent the wrong food! 23.56 still no sign off the food
