Domino's Pizza Sunderland Sea Road

I think the manager needs to learn some basic customer service skills as he is quite possibly the rudest man I have ever met! Did he apply to the position with someone else’s personality as this is not the type of person you have as front of house greeting all customers

Me and my boyfriend ordered a pizza, 1 side and 1 dessert tonight. Put my details in and did not receive a phone call to let me know the driver was outside as he lives in a flat which I wrote on the drivers instructions box. Rang up to ask where it was and was greeted by a rude woman (wouldn’t call her a lady) named derina, she was literally no help what so ever and her attitude was appalling. Will definitely not be returning!

Cant wait to go back to Italy for a decent pizza. This was awful and disappointing. Stupidly expensive for poor cheese on toast.

Pizzas are nice, easy to order decent delivery .... Sadly they don't give your 1p change staff say they don't have any ....rather a large amount kept ...wonder if its declared or given to charity???

I once had a delivery with item missing, reported it and nothing done about it. Other time there was an error with my delivery, tried to sort it out, nothing done about it. Reported both times. Attitude seems to be we make enough money to worry about one customers complaint. Used to go weekly, now won’t return. Silly business not to look after customers.
