Waba Grill - Sun Valley

I ordered half beef and chicken. It was the smallest amount of food I've ever seen from this place. Hard beef and barely and salad. I had six leaves in the salad. So disappointing I have never had a negative experience with them before. It won't be soon.

Worst waba grill ever. They skip the bowls. The barely rice, and they spread the chicken and the veggies around to make it look like its full. LOL. If you go to this place its a must that you should ensure that they made your bowl with the right amount of food and please make sure you have sauces. Because you can order 3 bowls and give them only 3 sauces? as if they just want you to put a drop in every bite. Even if you buy extra sauces MAKE SURE they put the amount you pay because they do not yet put the right amount. Especially when the older little lady is there, she'll be harassed when you ask for something. Not extra because she tears you off?

Zero stars! If you pay more than $1 extra for avocado, don't expect it! The fact that they even served the bowl so shows that they don't give it. Not back.

Like Graciela H has the worst customer service I have experienced for a long time. I never want to come back! I just asked for extra sauce, as before could take as you obviously have a reasonable amount, she said, I have six packages I said, can I have a bit more, then she said u want more taken with posture and threw them into my pocket. I'm sorry Graciela if ur loosing money by giving extra waba sauce lol ..if u hase ur job get a new one.

Food is good but the customer service is terrible. The older Asian lady is nice but the younger one is terrible, is it that hard to be polite and have some manners? Maybe she should only mop and sweep if she's going to give customers an attitude all the time. Even some of my friends and family have complained about her, she's definitely building a bad reputation for herself.
