The Ram - Sun Valley

The first courses were excellent. We had fondue and steak tartare. Some liked the Farm salad, others found it boring. The main courses pork chop beef were disappointing. The grits (side dish on the main) were awful.

Always come here for the fondue and the ambiance elegant lodge vibe and fireplace but stand outs this time was a wonderful friendly bartender and a very attentive manager.

The Ram is classic Sun Valley and not to be missed.

An institution at Sun Valley, that has a great ambiance. Unfortunately, the service is just ok, really needs to flow better and not feel so rote or mechanical.

Staff seems to be largely South American, some with Kiki Ted English. Otherwise, outstanding!
