Mcdonald's - Sun City Center

Even at 8 o'clock on a Tuesday night, the staff accommodated my request for no pickles or cheese on my Big Mac. The rest of our order was correct, hot, and on time. We didn't dine inside but rather chose to eat in our car. The staff was friendly and attentive as we sat in our vehicle and talked for an hour. My only complaint is that there was no trash can outside, so we had to go inside to dispose of our meal waste.

The restaurant does not accommodate custom orders, but they do deliver on their promise of quick service and hot food.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. It was a horrible place to eat with very poor service. The person taking my order was extremely rude and told me to get out of the line and leave, saying it wasn't her problem if she couldn't understand me. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I typically don't write reviews for fast food establishments, as the service is usually not great. However, I had to make an exception for the McDonald's in Sun City Center, FL. I was really impressed by the service I received from Zack when picking up my mobile order inside the store. As someone in a management role, I always emphasize the importance of a friendly smile, a positive attitude, and making sure our customers feel valued and taken care of. Zack truly embodies excellent customer service skills. I hope his management and corporate office recognize and appreciate reviews like this.

I am currently at this restaurant for dinner and the Sweet Tea does not have a lid, which is concerning during the COVID-19 pandemic.
