Ustria Val Sumvitg, Marc Cathomas

A typical local Usteria with a small variety of local dishes. We tried the Capuns and the Maluns, which were quite as good as home made. It takes a bit of time but this is because they are made to order. The waiting time is no waste when you enjoy the unique views of The Valley Val. The open white, the beer from draft and the apple cider were fresh and refreshing. The staff is super friendly and will even arrange for an affordable ride back to the train if you are late or not inclined to hike.

Excellent rustic ambiance and friendly hosts. We took local dishes which were very tasty and enjoyed nice deserts. Overall great experience

Wir haben heute auf den neuen Gartenmöbeln feine Capuns genossen und mit “Schwoppes” auf eine tolle Saison angestossen.

Sehr angenehmes Embiente, ausgezeichnetes Essen und der Chef samt Personal sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Nur zu Empfehlen!
