Wendy's - Sumter

Got the order wrong. My sandwich is on the wrong kind of bun, my daughter I ordered a sandwich exactly as it normally comes and there were things not put on it, my other daughter ordered something and she got a completely different thing like a double bacon cheeseburger to a plain Cheeseburger.Food: 3/5

Had to wait an Hour to get my food. Then they gave me the wrong burger..This ace is ridiculous..You need to hire more help!!!Parking: Parking sucks

I understand that lunch time is one of the busiest times of the day but sitting in the drive thru for 30mins when I only an hour for lunch is a buzz kill.

Biscuits are always UNDER cooked, cashiers at the windows mistaken their job for the club, and the Baconators are so sloppy!! This used to be my go to spot. But between raw biscuits horrible customer service, Idk which is worst. Eat at your own risk! ?

I wasn't really a fan of Wendy's until this week because I never liked their fries. However, with their new flavor and cooking method, they've definitely stepped up their game to stay competitive! The staff at the Sumter, SC location were very friendly. I made three separate orders in the drive-thru, and each one was prepared quickly and accurately, with no mistakes. I would definitely return when I'm in the area.
