Pizza Hut Express - Sumter

Placed order online, money taken from my account, order shows up on my account but guess what!!?!?NO DELIVERY NO FOOD AND NO WAY YO GET A HOLD OF THEM!!!! Never again.

Every time I come to this Pizza Hut they never get my order correct and they have to remake it. It says my order is ready and I stand there for another 15 mins and just for them to tell me I cannot get my food. When I finally get my food, the way they cut the pizza is not equal in the slightest I would be better off getting my pizza without any cuts. It's like they don't even care about what they are doing back there. Now believe me, I have been to a lot of pizza hut's because I lover there pizza but this place is crazy. Something need to be done here. Im gonna put two stars because at least I got my food on the second attempt and not the third.

Absolutely Ridiculous! I called in an order. I waited the allotted time they told me. I came through the drive-through to pay for my order, and after I paid, they told me my order is not ready and can you come back in 15mins or come through the drive-through again. I would have NEVER paid for my order if they told me once I pulled up that my order would take another 15mins. They took my money first and then said come back later. Ridiculous

I used the app to order the large family meal and the process was straightforward. When I arrived at the pick up window, I was greeted promptly and received excellent customer service. Although there was a wait, the employee kept me updated on the status of my order. The food was served hot and fresh, and was prepared exactly as requested.

I placed an online order and wanted to change the time, but the restaurant staff refused to make the change and insisted I cancel and reorder. They mentioned it would take 3-4 business days to process the refund. I suggested they could simply memo the ticket, a common practice in restaurants, but they refused. When I asked to speak to a manager, they hung up on me without providing their name. I had to call back to follow up on the refund and now I'm worried about the status of my money. It was a terrible experience and I have to go in person to ensure I am not being cheated. Definitely the worst service I have experienced in SUMTER.
