Pizza Hut - Sumter

Pizza was hot, fresh, and on-time according to their app, but was lacking enough pizza sauce and the entire bottom crust was too doughy (not baked long enough).

Shout out to the crew at work today. There was a minor hiccup, but they were quick to correct it within a couple of seconds. Excellent customer service

I order a couple of times a month. Seems like the last 2 or 3 months it has gotten so much better. From the customer service to the quality of my food and the speed of service. Thank all of yall. Wayne

Ordered on-ine for delivery, paid and received confirmation only to find out 2 hours later (by calling the store to inquire where my order was) that the location is not doing deliveries. By the time I picked up my order, it had been sitting for over 2 hours. If delivery isn't an option, you would think that the Pizza Hut site would be updated to reflect that rather than misleading the customers, yet happily accepting their money?!

Management has really cleaned this place up! Hands down the absolute best customer service I have received in Sumter!!!!! Don't judge this location by past experience. I know I was pleasantly surprised!!
