Domino's Pizza - Sumter

They didn't deliver my pizza and they won't answer the phone sorry people working here don't waste your time ordering

Visited on 5/22/24 this was a online order. I ordered Cheddar Bacon Loaded Tots, 8-piece Sweet Mango Habanero Wings Large Thin Spinach Feta , Diced Tomatoes, Premium Chicken, Mushrooms my pizza order was incorrect so it had to be remade. The wings could have been cooked a little longer the flavor was good but I personally enjoy crispy wings and these were soft. The pizza is my normal order but they always mess the order up so almost everytime I have to have it remade but the staff is always nice about it.

They said my order was delivered and it was never delivered then they would not answer the phone

Ordered a cheese steak and a chicken club sub and some wings for pickup. We could see that our order was ready when we arrived to pick it up but the person behind the counter kept saying it wasn't ready yet. We only received our order after the manager came out and my husband pointed out that our order was on the shelf with orders ready to be picked up. When we got the food home we realized that the cheese on the cheese steak sub was burnt and black and there might have been one piece of meat on the entire sub. The chicken club sub didn't have any bacon and very little chicken. The wings also had an unpleasant chemical taste. Needless to say everything was also cold because the order sat on the pick up shelf while we waited for 10 minutes. WILL NEVER ORDER SUBS FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The pizza I received was missing toppings and seemed like it had been reheated. When I went back to the store to ask for a refund, the employees were rude and unhelpful. After multiple attempts to speak with a manager, I finally received some of my money back from corporate. I will never go back to this establishment again and would advise others to avoid it as well. The photos I posted clearly show the poor quality of the food. Lesson learned - they need better management.
