Ordered on the app. Unfortunately someone switched up the sandwich toppings. No big deal right? Remake the sandwich? No? When my fiance went up there they scraped the toppings (leaving old toppings and cheese to the other sandwich without adding the correct cheese) on my sandwich and remade the hers. She read off to him to make sure everything was correct. How do you mess up an order 2 times? First time being written in front of you and second time being verbally told? First one i can see.. but a second time? Scraping the toppings? Really? Called a few times as I don't see a point in driving up there for a THIRD time to ensure the order is correct. Yes I did take a bite. My girl noticed her order was wrong so I checked mine. Figured out the mistake and went up with the sandwiches. Probably should have tossed them as soon as they seen they were wrong. I didn't pay for incorrect food. Nor did I pay to have the toppings scraped off in front of us to then make it right. It's a toasted sandwich that made a trip from there, home, and back again. Sandwich still warm? Nope. A cold toasted sandwich is what I ordered I guess.
Clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the sandwiches seem skimpy compared to other Subways, even when I paid extra for 50% more steak.
The young gentlemen whom was helping me was a delightful soul that I wish to run into again. Our two ham and provolone sandwiches were made BEYOND perfection; I will be revisiting this location! Only 4/5 is the taller gentleman noticably realized that the transaction was already taken care of.
I tried to do a online survey using the store 5003 from the receipt. It keep rejecting the stone as inaccurate. I gave this information to this location in person twice but nothing was corrected thus an online survey could not be given. Kind of LAME !
