Vicious Biscuit - Summerville

I 'm a southerner so when I say this was the best biscuit and gravy I 've ever had you can take that to the bank. My only issue was there wasn 't more than one biscuit on the plate. Also ordered the BBQ one called The Babe and couldn 't believe how good the combo tasted. Definitely a must eat at location in the area.

Nice idea... But pricey and poor delivery. The Cuban biscuit I got totally missed the mark on being a Cuban. Biscuit entre prices in the $10-$15 when they are normal sized biscuits basically stuffed. Single biscuit is marginal as a meal for an adult so figure $20+ for entre cost. Incidentals are way over priced. A small coffee is $3 and is nothing special.

Great food at a low price paired with exceptional hospitality from the staff at the Summerville location. I had the Nashville Hot Chicken biscuit, fried green tomatoes, and beignets and each dish was perfectly plated and absolutely delicious. The menu prices are very reasonable, and the dining room was clean and kept up despite the many customers that came in and out! While the line is always out the door, this usually means the food is worth the wait (and it was! and it moved surprisingly fast. The hospitality and attentiveness of the staff only added to the pleasant experience. I will definitely be recommending this local hidden gem to everyone, including my family and friends who come from out-of-state to visit. I can't say enough good things about this experience as this was WAY ABOVE what I've experienced as someone who has traveled frequently and dined at many local restaurants across the country. Southern hospitality at its finest.

UPDATE:We planned out trip to Fla to stop in Charleston, just so we could have breakfast here. I could move to Charleston JUST to be near Vicious Biscuit.Will I be back? Oh HELL YEA!In this time of Covid how wonderful to discover warmth , comfort and food that heals the soul. No need for drugs, just have biscuits that would make your grandma cry with tears Praising Jesus for such manna.One biscuit that will change mind about everything. My love had the Crab Benny, I had the ‘tater with a medium easy egg on top. Instead of writing a magnum opus of the complexity of the layers of flavor I’ll let pictures speak a thousand words.Oh and seems like pigs have been anemic and bacon lame -NOT HERE! Best bacon I’ve had in years!!I LOVED these guys drinking MIMOSAS at 8 am.
