Sonic Drive-in - Summerville

Sonic was great! Polite orderer, quick order delivery and pleasant delivery Carhop! You can sometimes take longer. You can now type with your card! We never plan to stop Sonic and we usually don't have cash, so we don't have to feel bad now because we can't tap because not cash or the option with a card. I hope that allows them to keep the staff.

Update 8/24/22 to show that this gentleman refused to steal the morning drinks costs. I even showed him that it said 11:00 drinks, not in the morning. He refused to change it and get back the entrance from me. Then I come home, and my drinks are full of bad particles. Please see the photo for person and drinks in question. I get sweet tea every morning on my way to work. Recently, this Sonic approached. Half the time I tried to go there, they didn't even have tea (that I was told anyway). Then I'll get my tea this morning, he's got bleach and makes me vomit. I work in basic care and can be seen at work. I called the manager to let him know. I just made a new one. Thank you. Do you need another drink? Are you okay? I'm so sorry. A terrible experience with management. I really hope that the DM, RM or company will see it so that they can be aware. Bleaching in your drink is a great danger!

Every time I'm here, I'm waiting for at least 45 minutes. 3 times I was at least in a stable, pressed the order button and waited 10 minutes until the light went out and I had to press it again to wait another 10 minutes. I was asked to move stables after waiting for 10-15 minutes and was in a place where they never came. Then after you order your food (which is for me 2 items) you will get the pleasure of waiting ANOTHER 25 minutes to get out. Your screen will tell you someone's on the move, but nobody is. Someone will be in 15 minutes, but not when it says. I usually wonder if they even remember my food. The car buttons are always beautiful and there's a guy named Patrick who's fantastic, so that's not focused on an employee, but I never experienced a badly run business. No matter what day or time you can always count on this Sonic an ordeal.

I apologize for the earliest review. I haven't finished my review yet. I eat almost 2-3 X's a week. Usually the late afternoon is when I come or with a friend. I love you extra long Coney Chili cheese onions and perpetrators Tots work chili and cheese on it. Id get either an extra large coke or a banana milkshake. I like going somewhere, I look like everyone else. Your servers are great and always smile. Sometimes I wish I could get a little job there. But I couldn't. Thanks for a great day!!?

Given the wrong food. Waited for correct order. My correct order arrived cold. The burgers were burned on the bottom You could tell they had been cooked a while ago because they were cold and stiff. No lettuce on the burgers. If I lived closer, I would have returned it.Worst Sonic experience.
