Publix Super Market At Paradise Shoppes Of Summerville

The deli in this store is dysfunctional. 8 people in line waiting on subs and mobile orders. 5 employees visible. Only one attending to customers and one making online orders. The rest were standing around. Stood in line for 15 minutes and one customer moved. Won’t return.

Ordered 2 subs from deli online. Supposed to be ready by 315. Got there at 320. Not one customer at deli. Atleast 5 employees. Took 5 mins to be greeted. Informed they have been busy and my subs aren't ready yet. Once again, they didn't have a single customer. Ordered the subs 50 mins earlier which in my opinion is plenty of time to make 2 sandwiches.

I came in today to get groceries. Christopher on check stand one, what a genuine and amazing person! I am having a really hard time in life right now and I couldn’t afford all of my items and he gave me a gift card that covered most of my total! I can’t thank you enough Chris! This store is lucky to have you!

Every time I order subs and wraps on line it us never correct. This time I ordered 2 wraps which I request spinach wraps and they weren’t on spinach wraps. They were in the wrong bags and I requested one toasted and it wasn’t. The sub I ordered was finally correct but the wraps weren’t. This is the third time my online order was messed up. Very disappointing

Excellent shopping experience. Great food. Worth every penny. Love the kind and friendly staff.
