Mcdonald's - Summerville

My fiance came to place a drive through order. Ordered a Vanilla shake and when he got back to house, it had green slim at bottom of drink, 2 large fries missing from 2 ordered meals, with no ice in 2 large sweet tea. No ketchup or napkins. He went back to get our ordered fixed. The manager started arguing and said he was rude. All I got say is that Vanilla shake was for my Grandson. No one in their right mind would give that Vanilla shake to their Grandchildren!!! Let me tell you another thing, Screw McDonald's at this store 2626!!! You got ignorant managers and the food is Nasty! Don't worry, this is bye, bye!!!

I’m a shamrock shake enthusiast and was wildly unimpressed by the state of this locations shamrock shake. I started my shammy season here as in the past they provided high quaility leprechaun juice. But as of the recent 2024 shammy season I have been served no leprechaun juice only vanilla ice cream. Would not recommend for your 2024 shammy season

The store manager Lori is the most disgusting disrespectful manager I have ever met she is nasty and rude to the employees and to the customers she gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes at me when I wanted to order food it took her ten minutes while she was just texting on her phone lucky if I don’t come back and slap her for that nasty mouth and when she did come over to take my order she said rudely “what you want?” Nasty and disgusting

It's McDonald's. The drive thru is always packed, but they seem to move a lot quicker than other locations.

This is one of the best McDonalds I have visited everyone always shares the negative.Well I have nothing to say but kudos to this store.Management is wonderful and know the guest by name.
