Contribuiți la feedbackThe food was enjoyable, and the waiter was very kind. However, the coffee was served cold. I’m giving this place 2 stars mainly because the manager gave off a creepy vibe. He repeatedly mentioned how one particular waitress was his favorite, but rather than discussing her work ethic, he focused on her accent and hinted at a possible relationship with her, all while watching her intensely from across the room. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name. The whole situation was quite uncomfortable. He then moved on to other random topics. While he was friendly, he tended to overshare personal information with the customers. I value a welcoming host, but in this case, he was overly personal and unsettling.
I came here to pick up an order, and it took about ten minutes for a staff member to acknowledge my presence at the front. There’s a designated area for to-go orders, and I assumed my order would be among the three sections that were displayed. I understand they may be short-staffed, but I felt overlooked while others who arrived later were seated. There were around four tables occupied, so the dining area wasn't very busy. After waiting another ten minutes, another employee finally approached me and asked for the name on my order. By that time, I had already finished my order while sitting there waiting.
The food was pretty much what you’d expect from an IHOP—decent, but nothing to write home about. It wasn’t really hot; instead, it felt like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. However, it was the service that really discouraged me from wanting to return to this particular IHOP. The drinks took forever to arrive, and the food took just as long. Getting the check was another lengthy wait. We’re generally patient and were happily chatting, but by the time we left, we realized we had been there for nearly two hours. At one point, another table even asked our waitress if we could get our drinks after they had received their refills. We had to call her over to figure out why some of our pancakes were missing toppings, but we never got an answer, so we joked that they must have disappeared. I was relieved we didn’t need any refills or anything apart from syrup. When it finally came time for the check, we had a gift card, but it took a while to sort everything out. Thankfully, the manager was very friendly and helpful, and he’s the reason I’m giving this review two stars.
He waited for 45 minutes for cold and did not prepare the way we asked. There were a total of 4 tables, the table that sat 15 minutes after us first received their food. IHOP, you need to do better for your customers. Waitress and waitress were not very friendly. We'll never go back to this facility!
After waiting an hour and still no food or drink refills we left. We were seated in front of the kitchen and this awful smell filled the air?so we moved to a new seat on the other side of the restaurant and we could still smell it. So I?m not sure how I would have been able to eat with that smell anyway. The restaurant was not busy and less than 10 tables had people at them. I honestly think our waiter forgot to put our food order in and forgot about us completely?
