Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

My wife ordered #3 Double Steakburger w/shoestring fries, I ordered #5 Jalapeño Pepper Jack Steakburger w/Cheese curds , two large drinks and a Signature Turtle Sundae. The staff and Manager Brittany were so professional as the service and the Food was so good. We're coming back again !!!!!

Not a fan of of skinny fries and paper thin burgers. I 've seen head gaskets thicker than these burgers. I get it. You can shave 45 seconds off the cook time. You scored low because the meat was too thin and had that new grill taste or lack of a meat taste . Once your grill gets seasoned it may taste better Nice and clean inside and drive thru has double lanes to get your burger faster They have 3 pillars of some corporate jargon but misleading the public is not one of them.

O. K. I am only rating the frozen yogurt. It was okay. It was nothing extra. Culver?s taste 10 times better. Then the customer service at the drive thru window was mediocre. Therefore, I will not return.

Being from Chicago, I know good smash steak burgers. I was so pleasantly surprised by how amazing Freddie?s was. The shoe string fries and smash style steak burger was incredible. Cheese curds were the best you can get. The service was fast, friendly and the restaurant was clean. The owner is always there and genuinely cares about making it the best experience, which seems rare now-a-days! This is worth the trip!

Ate twice from this location via DoorDash. The first time wasn?t to satisfaction; however, I decided to wait and give them another chance. As for my second and last last time eating from Freddy?s (altogether) it?s a no-go. Twice is enough for me for someone to provide unsatisfactorily service and with poor product(s). I did not received a Dbl Cheeseburger, (see pictures as to what was carefully placed on my sandwich and within their reasoning), this was acceptable to them
