Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Summerfield

Although I love Dickey?s Food, my last couple experiences via delivery have been terrible! There is always food/drinks missing and sometimes a completely different meal! So disappointed especially since their food is delicious.

Order the brisket slices, pulled pork and burnt ends. The brisket slices was one large slice full of fat and the pulled pork was so full of fat to the point it was inedible. The barbecue baked beans were very plain as was the Mac and cheese. Ordered Texas toast but got a rock of a bun and they forgot the sauces for the meat. The plate of food was lukewarm at best. Not a pleasant dinner. We both left a lot of inedible foods on our plates. Won?t go back if you paid me.

Not sure what happened to this restaurant but it has gone way downhill. Seems half the menu items are discontinued in the system , but menu board shows them in stock and also the prices on the menu board are not what you are getting charged. The quality of the food and service was amazing when they opened. Now the employees are lackluster at best and the food mediocre. Sad to see.

Worst experience I ever had at a dickies, no tanglers, no waffle fries, no coke no rootbeer no lemonade, one little bbq sause, pay extra for more sause. Don't waste your time stopping at this dickeys! close this place cut your losses. I'll never return!

They was out out alot of different things , they gave my kids and best friend cold mac n cheese and the biscuits was fully cooked and only had one person working
