Although I didn't stay here (it was full) I ate dinner with colleagues. The restaurant was full, but the 13 of us in our party were served very quickly and the food was very high. Many beers to choose from, bred in the house... and beautiful. I will make sure I book early enough next year to get a room in this beautiful facility
My only complaint is that I got the cordon bleu and not a regional specialty. Food was good, service was fast and friendly, the beer was good, but not exceptional.
When friends and family come to visit us in SULZBACH-Rosenberg, i always take them to Sperber Brau haus for their first German experience. Great customer service, very friendly staff. Rub elbows with the locals. The food is typisch of the region. Always a regional special...like white asparagus when in season. Schnitzel. Whether you like a dunkel (dark), Hels (light) or Pils beer, always great Bier here. BTW, always order von Foss (from the tap) when in Germany
