This is like the garage sale version of sushi. I do not recommend this place at all. Go have good sushi anywhere and you will never try this place again
I really enjoyed having lunch with my mother in law. It is not same as real Japanese Sushi, but It’s really good! I found good place to eat in this area!!! Price is also reasonable too!
Dragon roll (ask them to fry it), temptation roll and volcano roll were good. Lots of unique items to choose from. Sushi was quite expensive but slightly cheaper than the average sushi restaurant. 40-50 bucks should provide more than enough food for two people. We had the option of eating inside Maak or inside the adjacent restaurant which offered a much better atmosphere; less noisy, sophisticated in its design and with better lighting. They also served dishes that were more local such as steak. Service was good.
Had high hopes, sushi was not fresh, appetizers were okay. Generally overpriced, you can get better sushi at Walmart.
I've been eating at the Mt.pleasant location forever and it is always amazing but every time I order from Sulphur Springs I regret it. The last time was on my birthday and it was a mess.
